Returns & Exchanges

At FELLA SWIM, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear; if your pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene stickers remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
